Job description

32-40 hours, Schiphol-Oost

Become a Data Analyst Marketing at Transavia

Do you enjoy modelling data and building Power BI dashboards that provide direct insights into the performance of our marketing channels, website and future products? Then we are looking for you as a Data Analyst Marketing at Transavia.

What will you do?

In your new role as Data Analyst Marketing, you will help the Customer & Proposition domain make better commercial decisions based on data. This domain is responsible for Transavia’s commercial activities as well as the development of the related digital and IT products. Your analyses will directly contribute to improving our marketing performance, website and customer propositions.

You translate data into actionable insights that lead to improvements and concrete actions. You play an important role throughout the entire process: from retrieving data from our data warehouse using SQL, to analysing datasets and presenting results through dashboards, reports or presentations. In doing so, you help stakeholders understand what is happening and where opportunities lie.

You will also be doing things like:

  • Proactively deliver insights and tools (both requested and unsolicited) that support the execution of the strategy and enable better commercial decision-making;

  • Select the right combination of data sources, analyses and visualisations to clearly explain business questions;

  • Define and measure relevant KPIs and analyse trends to identify concrete improvements and actions;

  • Contribute to the development of AI and machine learning solutions, such as predictive models, together with Data Scientists and Data Engineers;

  • Balance maintaining existing dashboards and reporting for daily operations with working on new, more strategic data questions;

  • Encourage a data-driven way of working within the domain by taking a proactive advisory role towards stakeholders.

Where will you land?

You’ll land in the Strategy, Data & Intelligence (SDI) department. In this team, we form a crucial link between business and analytics and help guide Transavia toward a more data-driven culture. We lead the transformation to data-driven working, advise departments with actionable insights, and develop data and AI solutions for Transavia’s customers and employees.

Within SDI, you will work closely with Analytics Team Leads, Business Consultants, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and the stakeholders within your domain. You will also collaborate closely with our colleagues at Transavia France.

What you will get

  • Gross monthly salary between €4.000,- and €5.500,- based on a 40-hour workweek;

  • 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% year-end bonus;

  • Travel allowance;

  • Personal budget of €700 for your well-being (e.g., gym membership, bike, or home office equipment);

  • You will start with 26 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek.

Additionally, we offer:

  • Plenty of development opportunities via our Learning Hub, where you can follow (online) courses with colleagues;

  • (Team) coaching;

  • The possibility to follow Dutch language training;

  • Flexible working hours and the possibility to work part of your week at the office and part from home;

  • The option to exchange one recognized religious holiday per year for a non-recognized religious holiday;

  • Opportunity to participate in 'Young Transavia';

  • Last but not least: with our IPB scheme, you can fly at attractive rates (subject to availability)!
