First Officer
As a First Officer at Transavia, you are responsible for the safe and efficient execution of the challenging flight operation. Together with the entire crew, you contribute to make low cost feel good for the passengers and ourselves. At Transavia, it's all about teamwork. During each flight, under the guidance of the Captain, you ensure that everyone on board experiences a safe and enjoyable flight. You will do this together with the crew and colleagues who support the flight operations, inside and outside Transavia.
No matter how early it is sometimes, the view in the front continues to fascinate me! What makes flying so much fun is that every different day, different colleagues, different airports, short runway length, weight strong wind, heavy clouds or clear sky. And so on! Transavia employs about 700 pilots, to be divided between First Officers and Captains. We expect a great sense of responsibility from them. We expect nothing less from you. Our procedure
Online application
If you are enthusiastic and meet our selection requirements, please respond to the vacancy. To apply, you upload a CV, motivation letter and the various documents.
Assessments
Compass and CPP tests, either online or at EPST (Utrecht).
Selection at EPST
A one-day selection process at our partner EPST in Utrecht.
Proposal
If you have completed the process positively, you will receive an offer from us to become an employee.
