Are you a pensioned Transavia pilot?

Transavia is opening a new base in Brussels and is offering direct entry positions for up to 10 experienced ex-Transavia pilots. Are you a former Transavia pilot, you are willing to work full-time during the first year and ready for a new challenge. Then we are looking for you!

If you are an ex-Transavia pilot, you must have been out of service with Transavia for at least six months before you can start a contract for the Brussels base. Since this is not a consecutive contract, you will be required to undergo a new psychological assessment a test for the misuse of psychoactive substances and an interview. Following this, a selection will take place, and the 10 best candidates will be chosen. The start date will be in 2025, depending on availability and open positions.

Job requirements

Who are you?

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Valid EASA ATPL;

  • Valid ME/IR (A) PBN;

  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate;

  • ICAO LPE 5 (during training you will get an upgrade to LPE 6;

  • MCC certificate;

  • Advanced UPRT Certificate (if licence is issued after 20-12-2021);

  • You have a valid type rating Boeing 737NG with a minimum of 1000 (actual) hours as Captain on type (of which 50 hours are flown in the last 6 months);

  • You have a grand total of 3500 hours;

  • For Captain/instructors: you are a qualified TRI/Lifus.

 

What do we offer?

Key Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary: €11.000,- gross per month. Annually the salary increases (on average €300,- gross p/month) excluding compensation for inflation;

  • Additional pay per block hour (€39,- euro);

  • Loss of licence scheme;

  • Uniform, carparking, medical are paid by Transavia;

  • 14 days off in a roster period of 35 days;

  • You have your schedule minimum 4 weeks a head and get every week one week published.

In addition a 35-day published roster includes:

  • Minimum days off connected are 2 days;

  • 14 days off;

  • 20 + 10 hollidays off per year.
