And let’s be honest: we still have a long way to go. But we believe it’s possible. We’re taking both small steps and great strides, such as using sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), updating our fleet with the more efficient Airbus and reducing waste.

Enjoying work starts with mental and physical health. Hybrid working facilitates this, so if you have an office job, you also have the option to work from home. But we do appreciate it if you come to the office at least two days a week and hope you’ll come in more often, as we believe it’s important to meet and learn from each other in person.
