Flight training isn't cheap. An average course costs around €120,000. At Transavia, you pay only €65,000. We cover the costs of type rating, aircraft training, and more. Moreover, after completing your training, you're guaranteed a permanent position with Transavia and, with your multi-crew pilot license, you're eligible to fly as a First Officer/A321neo. Your training is valuable in many ways.

The match is important
The atmosphere at Transavia is excellent, and we have a truly close-knit team. You work together. It has to be a good fit for you. Therefore, on selection days, we assess your flying aptitude, simulator skills, and whether you're a good fit for us. A medical examination and background check are also part of the process.

"Je doet het samen"
Leren vliegen doe je niet alleen, maar samen in een klas van maximaal 15 studenten. Jullie vormen een hecht team dat samen dromen najaagt. Onder begeleiding van professionele instructeurs, die ook jouw toekomstige collega's zijn. Alle instructeurs zijn namelijk onderdeel van het vliegcorps van Transavia. Zij willen hun kennis en ervaring met veel bevlogenheid overdragen aan de volgende generatie vliegers.
Onze procedure
1. Online solliciteren
Ben je enthousiast en voldoe je aan onze selectie-eisen, reageer dan op de vacature.
2. Online selectie
Door middel van Compass en CPP testen worden jouw vlieggerelateerde competenties getest.
3. Transavia interview
Tijdens een competentiegericht interview met de Transavia Aannamecommissie maken we kennis met jou.
4. Grading en Groupassignment
Tijdens een simulator grading wordt jouw vliegaanleg en opleidbaarheid getest. Ook vindt er een groepsopdracht plaats en sluiten we het selectieproces af met een evaluatiegesprek.
5. Vervolgstappen
Na een positief selectie resultaat zijn er een aantal zaken die geregeld moeten worden, onder andere veiligheidsscreenings en een medical.
6. Start opleiding
Zodra er een opleidingsplek beschikbaar is en je alle vervologstappen succesvol hebt afgerond, kom je in aanmerking voor een opleidingsplaats.
