Working for Transavia. Truly fun.

"There’s a whole exciting world behind aviation"

When you think of Transavia, you probably picture a sun-soaked holiday, white-and-green aircraft and a friendly crew on board. But behind the scenes, an entire organisation is hard at work – both in view and out of sight. We call this ground operations. Every day, various departments collaborate to make sure that flight operations run smoothly. Want to learn what they are and whether they would suit you? Read on.

"The team gets you flying"

Transavia is a large company but it’s a close-knit family of over 3,000 employees at heart. We have a strong team spirit with everyone working together enthusiastically to achieve our purpose: ‘keeping feel-good flying accessible.’ Experienced colleagues and young talent support each other’s growth and take responsibility to help one another to improve.

"No two days are the same"

No two days are the same at Transavia. As an airline, we’re always facing new challenges. We operate in a complex environment, encountering unexpected challenges like adverse weather conditions or technical issues with the aircraft. We also face long-term challenges, such as making aviation more sustainable. This makes working at Transavia a truly dynamic opportunity.
