"You can make a job yours here"
At Transavia, we rely on your expertise. And we offer you plenty of freedom and responsibility to use it effectively. We believe in self-direction as the most important form of growth. Right from the start, you can shape your role, including tasks and roles, as you see fit. You'll also have plenty of room to pioneer and make an impact. If you have a good idea, we'll work on it. Even if you're not entrepreneurial, but you are creative, you'll help shape Transavia's future. This way of working is ingrained in our culture.

"You can explore your interests and further develop yourself"
We believe that everyone is unique and has their own talents. At Transavia, you'll have the opportunity to develop these and broaden and deepen your expertise. We invest in personal and professional development because this strengthens our organization and helps us achieve our goals together. Transavia is a flat organization where we encourage horizontal growth. For example, with extracurricular activities you can pursue alongside your current role, and with additional roles that allow you to temporarily fulfill a completely different role within Transavia.

"The team gets you flying"
Transavia is a large company but it’s a close-knit family of over 3,000 employees at heart. We have a strong team spirit with everyone working together enthusiastically to achieve our purpose: ‘keeping feel-good flying accessible.’ Experienced colleagues and young talent support each other’s growth and take responsibility to help one another to improve.
"No two days are the same"
No two days are the same at Transavia. As an airline, we’re always facing new challenges. We operate in a complex environment, encountering unexpected challenges like adverse weather conditions or technical issues with the aircraft. We also face long-term challenges, such as making aviation more sustainable. This makes working at Transavia a truly dynamic opportunity.
