We are looking for you as a Lead System Architect at Transavia!
Do you want to play a crucial role in realizing Transavia's vision for efficient ways of working? As an experienced Pega Lead System Architect, you will be responsible for creating a uniform approach that enables your team to deliver high-quality software efficiently.
What will you be doing?
In your new role as Pega Lead System Architect, you will be responsible on a daily basis for supporting both the business and IT. You will define guidelines and standards for Pega usage and monitor the quality of deliverables. You will work in an Agile way.
And you will be doing a lot more, such as:
Ensure best possible designs (performance, scalability) of Pega PRPC applications/ solution compliant with Pega PRPC best practices, coding standards, guardrails, UI standards and client’s corporate standards;
Lead the technical team independently starting from Inception till transition;
Interacting with Business users/ LBA/BA whenever required;
Coach and Mentor technical team members;
Work closely with the Product Owner in ensuring that the project deliverables and client business objectives are completely met;
Technical understanding of interface/ integration technologies.
Where will you land?
You will land within the commercial IT domain, Customer & Proposition (C&P). You will join the Team Marketing Automation, an essential part of the commercial domain with a mix of Pega CDH and core Pega developers.
You will receive:
A gross monthly salary between €4.227,- and €7.289,-, depending on your knowledge and experience, based on a 40-hour work week*;
8% holiday allowance and an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%;
A mobility budget of €658 per month (40-hour work week basis)
A personal budget of €700 per year to spend on your vitality, such as sports, a bike, or home office equipment
26 vacation days
*Salary placement will be based on predefined scales depending on knowledge and experience.

Job requirements
The right bagage

As a Lead System Architect you bring:
At least 8 years of experience with Pega, especially in Pega 8.x (Infinity) or higher; Pega CLSA certification is a plus;
Good communication skills and you act proactively and have the right powers of persuasion towards your stakeholders (business, PO and architecture);
Experience in implementing integrations such as REST services and connectors;
Experience in implementing Queue processors, Job Schedulers, Reporting, Datasets, Data Flows, File Listeners;
Basic experience with Pega Customer Service and Pega CDH frameworks;
