Are you our next First Officer in Brussels?

You will initially operate from our Brussels base on the B737NG. In the coming years, the B737 fleet will be gradually replaced by the Airbus A321neo, and you will receive full conversion training to transition to the A321neo.
What are your duties?
As a First Officer at Transavia, you will be responsible for the safety and efficiency of our challenging flight operations. You and the entire crew will deliver a truly great journey for both our passengers and our company. At Transavia, we value teamwork. During each flight, you make sure (under the direction of the Captain) that everyone on board has a safe and pleasant flight. You will work closely with the rest of the crew, as well as with the operational support colleagues before and during the flight, within and beyond Transavia.
As a First Officer you will take off and land at a large variety of airports, from Greek islands and popular city break destinations. Lots of destinations with challenging factors such as high terrain and varying weather conditions. It’s truly a pilot's dream job. The best reasons and conditions at a glance
Between 500 and 2,800 hours on the B737:
Starting salary of €5,600 gross per month;
The salary increases annually (on average €300 gross per month), excluding indexation for inflation.
More than 2,800 hours on the B737:
Starting salary of €6,200 gross per month;
The salary increases annually (on average €300 gross per month), excluding indexation for inflation.
In addition, we offer:
A permanent contract – taxes paid in the Netherlands, social security contributions paid in Belgium;
Additional pay of €22 gross per block hour;
An end-of-year bonus of 8% of base gross salary;
Holiday allowance;
Pension scheme – employer contribution of 10%;
Loss of licence insurance;
Uniform, parking and medical examinations covered by Transavia;
Roster pattern: on average 4 days on / 3 days off (no planned layovers);
Your roster is published at least 4 weeks in advance;
20 days of annual leave plus 10 public holidays per year;
Excellent travel benefits, including MyID/ID95 travel (after 12 months);
Strong guidance and support in your development as a pilot.
Job requirements
Who are you?
You are a pilot who fulfills our minimum selection criteria.
You have a valid type rating Boeing 737NG with a minimum of 500 (actual) hours as First Officer on type (of which 50 hours are flown in the last 6 months);
Valid EASA (frozen) ATPL;
Valid ME/IR (A) PBN;
Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate;
Min ICAO ELP 5 to apply. Please note that ELP 6 is required prior to the start of your employment with Transavia;
MCC certificate;
Advanced UPRT Certificate (if license is issued after 20-12-2021);
Valid EU passport.
