  • €4,000 - €5,500

Job description

36-40 hours, Schiphol-Oost

We are looking for you as a Data Analyst Sales at Transavia

As a Data Analyst Sales at Transavia, you help us better understand and optimise our revenue performance, pricing strategies, and channel effectiveness. You build analyses and dashboards that have an immediate impact on commercial decision-making. From analysing market and route performance to advising on pricing or new propositions, your insights make a real difference.

What will you do?

In your new role as a Data Analyst, you deliver valuable insights every day that directly support better commercial decisions. You support the Customer & Proposition domain with analyses based on reliable data. This domain is responsible for the commercial development of Transavia and the related IT product development. You oversee the entire process: from extracting data from our data warehouse using SQL, to analysing it and translating your findings into concrete actions. You share your insights through dashboards (e.g., in Power BI), reports, or compelling presentations.

You’ll also be doing much more, such as:

  • You proactively deliver insights and tools that support strategic decision-making;

  • You choose the right approach for each request, from data source to analysis method and from visualisation to presentation;

  • You define and monitor KPIs, identify trends, and translate them into concrete decisions and actions for the domain;

  • You contribute to AI and ML solutions, such as predictive models, together with our Data Scientists and Data Engineers;

  • You balance maintaining existing dashboards with taking on new strategic analyses;

  • You don’t just advise; you also help the business work more data-driven themselves.

Where will you land?

You’ll land in the Strategy, Data & Intelligence (SDI) department. In this team, we form a crucial link between business and analytics and help guide Transavia toward a more data-driven culture. We lead the transformation to data-driven working, advise departments with actionable insights, and develop data and AI solutions for Transavia’s customers and employees.

Within SDI, you will work closely with Analytics Team Leads, Business Consultants, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and the stakeholders within your domain. You will also collaborate closely with our colleagues at Transavia France.

What’s in it for you?

  • Gross monthly salary between €4.000,- and €5.500,- based on a 40-hour workweek;

  • 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% year-end bonus;

  • Travel allowance;

  • Personal budget of €700 to invest in your vitality, e.g., your gym membership, bike, or home office equipment;

  • You will start with 26 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek.

We also offer you:

  • Plenty of opportunities to grow. Our Learning Hub offers (online) training to support your personal development;

  • (Team) coaching;

  • The option to follow Dutch language training;

  • Flexible working hours and the possibility to split your workweek between the office and home;

  • The opportunity to exchange one recognized religious holiday per year for a non-recognized religious holiday;

  • Opportunity to join “Young Transavia”;

  • And last but not least: with our IPB (Industry Personal Booking) scheme, you can fly at attractive rates (subject to availability)!
