Working in Fleet & Technical Services at Transavia. Truly dynamic.

"Here, you work both in the hangar and on the line" – "We learn from each other every day" – "Here, you work on the entire aircraft". These are just a few comments from your future colleagues in Technical Services at Transavia. And yes, they truly want you to join them.

"Every day is different"

If you're looking for variety and plenty to learn, Transavia's Technical Department is the place for you. Together with your colleagues, you'll keep our aircraft in top condition: approximately 50 aircraft, including several new Airbus A321neo aircraft. In the hangar, you'll perform technical work: from cockpit to tail. On the line at Schiphol-Centre, you'll inspect aircraft.

"We're there for each other."

You'll be working in a team of friends. Day, evening, and night, we work together as one. We take responsibility and honor our commitments. And no, no one always knows best. What works best is tackling technical challenges together and making each other better.

"Both the Boeing and the latest Airbus"

You’ll have the opportunity to work on both the iconic Boeing and the latest Airbus A320/321neo. Two completely different aircraft, each with their own unique challenges. Whether you work on the Boeing or the Airbus, it’ll be a rewarding opportunity to continually expand your knowledge and experience.

"Greetings from Innsbruck"

You might fly to one of our destinations to perform temporary maintenance on our aircraft. For example, two weeks in the winter to Innsbruck, a truly beautiful airport nestled in the mountains. Together with your colleagues, you'll handle maintenance and quick repairs. You'll stay in an apartment, have plenty of time to enjoy the surroundings, and of course, you'll always be on call.

"The team gets you flying"

We have a strong team spirit with everyone working together enthusiastically to achieve our purpose: ‘keeping feel-good flying accessible’.
