Wat ga je doen?

Als Informatie Analist bij Transavia speel je een essentiële rol in Team Aircraft, een DevOps-team dat verantwoordelijk is voor een SaaS-applicatie voor onderhoud aan onze vloot. Je werkt in zelf-organiserende DevOps/Scrum teams volgend een Agile werkwijze, waarbij continu geïnvesteerd wordt in medewerkers. Je voert samen met belanghebbenden binnen het operationeel domein een requirementsanalyse uit en brengt informatiebehoefte in kaart. Hierbij analyseer en verbeter je operationele en businessprocessen binnen Transavia.

Concreter?

• Vertalen van verzamelde vereisten naar functionele specificaties en IT- oplossingen;
• Samenwerken met ontwikkelteams en stakeholders ter ondersteuning van de implementatie;
• Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van onze werkwijze en processen;
• Fungeren als de schakel tussen het Flight IT team en andere IT-teams;
• Inzetten van communicatieve en technische vaardigheden om effectieve samenwerking te bevorderen.

Context

Binnen de IT-organisatie van Transavia, die bestaat uit circa 180 collega's, ga je als Informatie Analist aan de slag. Je gaat samenwerken met de IT Area Lead, Product Owner, Domein Architect en Scrum Master/Agile Coach. Het streven naar het leveren van geavanceerde technologie om zowel passagiers als collega's een goede ervaring te bieden, is een voortdurende missie bij Transavia. Wie ben jij?

Voor deze vacature als Informatie Analist bij Transavia heb je veel in huis, want:

• Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding en minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
• Je hebt ervaring met verschillende modelleer talen (BPMN, UML, Archimate) en tools om jouw boodschap te ondersteunen en borgen;
• Je bent gecertificeerd of ervaren in het Agile werken. Termen als refinement, sprintplanning en DevOps zijn voor jou vertrouwd terrein;
• Je kan goed in teamverband werken, maar ook zaken zelfstandig oppakken en uitwerken;
• Je bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en werkt gestructureerd;
• Je bent woonachtig in Nederland en beheerst zowel de Engelse als Nederlandse taal;
• Jij bent ‘wendbaar’, ofwel continu veranderingsbereid. Dit hebben we nodig om steeds beter te worden in wat we doen en mee te bewegen met de continue veranderende wereld om ons heen.

What will your tasks be?

As an Information Analyst at Transavia, you play an essential role in Team Aircraft, a DevOps team responsible for a SaaS application for the maintenance of our fleet. You will work in self-organizing DevOps/Scrum teams following an Agile methodology, with continuous investment in employees. Together with stakeholders within the operational domain, you will perform a requirements analysis and map out information needs. In doing so, you analyze and improve operational and business processes within Transavia.

Who are you?

For this vacancy as Information Analyst at Transavia you have a lot to offer, because:

• You have completed a higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education and have at least five years of experience in a similar role;
• You have experience with various modeling languages (BPMN, UML, Archimate) and tools to support and safeguard your message;
• You are certified or experienced in Agile working. Terms like refinement, sprint planning, and DevOps are familiar territory for you;
• You work well in a team but can also independently take on and develop tasks;
• You are analytically strong, communicative, and work in a structured way;
• You reside in the Netherlands and are fluent in both English and Dutch;
• You are 'flexible', i.e., always ready and able to adapt. We need this to improve what we do and to keep up with the constantly changing world around us.
