Here at Transavia we are looking for a new colleague to take on the role of Agile coach at our IT Delivery department. What will be your responsibility?
In your role as an Agile Coach within our Delivery Team, you will ensure the continuous improvement of the agile way of working at a team and organisational level. You are the ambassador for our organisation.
You give solicited and unsolicited advice for improvements, feedback to employees and persevere in achieving change goals. You coach (development) teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Management on the continuous improvement process of agile working. The internal culture, which serves as a breeding ground for support for the improvement process, is also central to this.
And there’s more! You will also give training courses, workshops and provide guidance on knowledge, behaviour, skills and views on agile, scrum and scaled scrum. You will help development teams to develop craftmanship based on the DevOps idea to improve quality, scalability and speed. You coach on attitude and behaviour within agile working at both personal and team level with the aim of personal or professional growth, or improving team performance.
You will be part of a Chapter which consists of a Chapter Lead and several agile coaches. In addition, you are also part of 2 to 3 agile teams. You are in close contact with the team members, Product Owner and Delivery Manager of the relevant teams. In this position you report to the Delivery Lead.
